Nice, i usually grab a jet and just bail out over the top of him, dropping C4 as i fall. The quickest and easiest way is to use a TV missile from the gunner seat in a chopper. 1 hit will take it out, but you gotaa put alot of work into unlocking the TV missile (heres a hint, capture flags in conquest with choppers for big points)
