  • i don't know if i am forcing it or not, but i can somewhat associate movement with sound, normally a low whurr sound or something similar, but its so mild that i never notice unless i am thinking about it. oh well i guess i can't say i really have synesthesia, just that its easy for me to associate movement with sound, but it happens all the time, i just never thought of it. maybe i do, maybe i don't, either way im kinda jealous of ppl who see music, i wonder if u ever get tired of it though?

  • Even if I try to count 1,2,3.... I still hear it sucking and blowing in my head. Not in my ears. Very strange and impossible to ignore.

  • It's weird, I don't physically hear an actual sound, but it makes me think of a sound automatically. Like Darth Vader's breathing. Lol, I don't know, just a low and loud inhale and exhale.

  • "whur"ing noise and then reversed

  • sizzling.

  • I hear the sound of a pouch of marbles hitting the ground and spreading apart. They sting the ground as the spread apart and almost whistle.

  • you're all forcing it.

  • @loltheworld

Bingo. Unless they happen to be on acid.

For some reason the second time I listened to it I thought of a wooshing noise. Forced? Yes. Interesting? Probably not

  • It feels like someone's pulling me back and forth.

  • it does make a noise, but i cant describe it. just changing pitches

  • It didnt make any sound for me but it did seem to alter the pitch of the background noise of the rain that here now, higher first the back lower when the movement reversed

  • same here

  • I sort of hear water.

  • this is stupid. There are lots of types of synesthesia, this would only prove one or two

  • i hear floop zoop

  • I hear huaaa haauuuu

  • I hear burning tires of a motorbike.

  • i hear something like a computer fan, wow thats great

  • yes, a melody that at first gets higher in tonal pitch, and then regresses back to the original tone when the little dots are being sucked in or w/e. idk its so hard to describe, lol i wish i could take a video of what i was thinking in my brain and hearing and just post it as a video response! haha :P

  • bububulbublbulbulbublubl

    sorta like that...

  • I didn't hear anything. :( oh well... guess I'll have to stick with my ability to taste music.

  • I heard the sound of myself clicking "Play" over and over again.

  • me too

  • i hear howling wind

  • I heard a rain stick.

  • I heard someone taking a deep breath. Interesting.

  • I hear a woman breathing.

  • i smelled rain

  • For me is the sound of a bike, a beautiful Harley Davidson song.

  • i heard a quiet breathing sound

  • I've watched this video over and over and over and I hear absolutely nothing. WTF? Is my brain broken or something?

  • Nope, it means you're "normal". Having synesthesia is an anomaly.

  • NOTHING

  • I hear a low cello, almost nothing but a vibration. I can't place a note value on the sound but the colors are deep blue shifting to red which is usually D and A but I'd need to see a piano to tell you for sure what notes I hear.

Do you have anymore of these? I like doing any tests I can to help with the research of synesthesia.

  • what would it sound like?

  • Depends on the person who has Synesthesia.

Some people say they hear breathing even if they didn't breath themselves, some even were joking around with the sound they heard like "I heared the sound of dots moving!"
