i don't know if i am forcing it or not, but i can somewhat associate movement with sound, normally a low whurr sound or something similar, but its so mild that i never notice unless i am thinking about it. oh well i guess i can't say i really have synesthesia, just that its easy for me to associate movement with sound, but it happens all the time, i just never thought of it. maybe i do, maybe i don't, either way im kinda jealous of ppl who see music, i wonder if u ever get tired of it though?
It's weird, I don't physically hear an actual sound, but it makes me think of a sound automatically. Like Darth Vader's breathing. Lol, I don't know, just a low and loud inhale and exhale.
It didnt make any sound for me but it did seem to alter the pitch of the background noise of the rain that here now, higher first the back lower when the movement reversed
yes, a melody that at first gets higher in tonal pitch, and then regresses back to the original tone when the little dots are being sucked in or w/e. idk its so hard to describe, lol i wish i could take a video of what i was thinking in my brain and hearing and just post it as a video response! haha :P
I hear a low cello, almost nothing but a vibration. I can't place a note value on the sound but the colors are deep blue shifting to red which is usually D and A but I'd need to see a piano to tell you for sure what notes I hear.
Do you have anymore of these? I like doing any tests I can to help with the research of synesthesia.
Some people say they hear breathing even if they didn't breath themselves, some even were joking around with the sound they heard like "I heared the sound of dots moving!"

Even if I try to count 1,2,3.... I still hear it sucking and blowing in my head. Not in my ears. Very strange and impossible to ignore.

I hear the sound of a pouch of marbles hitting the ground and spreading apart. They sting the ground as the spread apart and almost whistle.

Bingo. Unless they happen to be on acid.
For some reason the second time I listened to it I thought of a wooshing noise. Forced? Yes. Interesting? Probably not

I've watched this video over and over and over and I hear absolutely nothing. WTF? Is my brain broken or something?
bluezinc 3 years ago
Nope, it means you're "normal". Having synesthesia is an anomaly.
