  • i did this work out last night. today my thighs, calfs and bum were in agony haha im seriously unfit. i could only do 100 reps last night instead of doing the three rounds :/

    oh well :D my goal it to be able to do all three rounds without the side effects haha (hopefully) but hey.. no pain no gain!!

  • hello bex, I'm from Indonesia and I'm your big fan. I always watch your videos every morning to do my exercise. It's really amazing! but I'm just wondering, is this actually good for my body if I do in the morning after I wake up without stretching? thanks..

  • @ladytatha There's no need to stretch before any workout... it's only important that your muscles are warm. This routine serves as a warmup and your workout, so you're all set! Thanks for watching and posting your question! xo (I would love to visit Indonesia one day)

  • ive tried so many workouts on utube its unreal, and i cant find one thats so simple and easy ive just tried this one and its amazing! i just wondered how quick does this make you loose weight if i do this every single night before i go to bed? your bodys amazing, im jealous! ive got a 7month old little boy, and my bodies so fat its unreal. thanks for posting this!<3

  • thanks for doing the whole workout! well, sort of lol. looping it was a good idea! it makes it so much easier to workout with the person on the video. this is great. i workout everyday but sometimes forget that the most basic moves can be just as good of a workout. thanks.

  • i have been doing this since two days and also i do other work outs as well. i wont belive i find a huge change inbody. i have pain in legs & abdomin but it works, i must say all girls who want to loose fast they should do along with other work outs as well. Thanxl genghis :)

  • Thank you! I've seen too many cut videos that don't show the instructor doing the entire

    set. It makes it hard to work out WITH them - not the case here.

  • i just wantedto know i am roughly i big girl..and i am sorta a couch potatoe as they say(lol) i was just wondering if i started out with this workout..roughly (no promises am i looking for) around how much weight would i lose in lets say 8 weeks?..also i heard for larger ppl the first couple weeks tha weight comes off more ..and faster..is this true.. btw i luv luv ur videos just haven't had the courage to do one yet..im' scared i'll pass out..lol..joke but a lil faint maybe...lol

  • @nastaija9 Hey girl! These workouts are great for beginners to advanced athletes. Try every exercise - do what you can & don't do what you can't. Eventually, you'll work your way up to being able to do them all. I have a playlist on my channel that has a whole month of workouts done in real time so you can follow along (3 a week for 4 weeks). Add in my 4-minute workouts between. 15-20 lb for 8 weeks would be a safe goal, but you're right - if you have a lot to lose it could be more. Rock on!

  • @PRiiNCESSEMii For a jumpstart on losing weight, I would do one of my high intensity routines 5-6 times a week (about 30 minutes each day). Diet is also extremely important... I eat a primarily raw, whole foods diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and green blended juices, and only eat one cooked meal or less a day.
