He sticks the knife in the pumpkin...records it...cuts a little bit and leaves the knife in it and records that...and just does that over and over until he's done cutting...then shows the parts where the knife is sticking in the pumpkin and his arm isnt in the clip. At least that is what i think and i did a shitty job of explaining it too haha.
