naravno, Minerva u biti nije rimska božica rata, već djevičanska božica mudrosti (kao i poezije i medicine). Navodno (kaže wiki, provjerio sam za slučaj da sam tog dana u osnovnoj školi bio pospan), Etruščani su joj uvalili i ministarstvo rata, ali njihova "Menrva", za razliku od rimske Minerve, ne predstavlja pandan grčke božice Atene.

@Smishonak it's all symbolic, the numbers and dates are important..because they sacrifice people to MInerva on the date that is previously mentioned, because that's the date of her birthday.

@ino0901 of course, Minerva was not really a Roman goddess of war, she was the virgin goddess of wisdom (as well as poetry and medicine). Apparently (says wiki, thought I might doublecheck in case I was sleepy that day in the elementary school), the Etruscans did put her in charge of the ministry of war as well, even though their "Menrva", as opposed to Roman Minerva", was not really a counterpart of the Greek goddess Athena.
