Well the fish are moving without a single swish of thier tails.  I can see how someone would think it were magnets.

The fish are not swimming at all. The trick is that a small rare earth magent is put inside the fish. Then magnets are moved around under the thin base pulling the fish along. That is why the fish are in a shallow flat basin and that is why it is white and you are not allowed to see below it. Look at the video and notice the fish are always in contact with the base. Also, the fish are not swimming at all, the fin movement is just caused by the fater movement. The fish are dead of drugged.
