Occupy-whatever seems to be confounding everyone, but especially those who would co-opt it. Seems to me they're voicing the concerns NOT of "99%" by any means, but the ~maybe~ 55% who are politically middle-middle (-centrist), and economically, lower-middle (-class), with some odd-extremists on the periphery.
It would an entirely different phenomenon if they were ALL over 40, ALL well-to-do, ALL ethnically-diverse... and saying exactly the same things.
