@1000frolly Yeah he is a bit looney and probably a bit embarrased but I had to show him as he was the only dude from the alarmist side that showed up at the conference.It is meant to be a 50/50 type of arrangement but I hear as of late that the global warming nonsense has almost had it's day in the sun.People are waking up to the lies and propaganda.Environ<MENTALism is just another word for socialism.

@1000frolly I think that the Environmentalists are shown on tv disproportionately from the actual public,they make it seem like everyone is a greenie and those that are not are just out of touch but in reality most people are getting sick of greenies and realise that they are very sick brainwashed puppies and are truly a dying breed.To follow green doctrine would meen human genocide,we would literally be commiting suicide.There policies are not sustainable but are deadly.

@HeavyMetalCanuck The oceans are the largest emitters of CO2 they hold and store over 50% of the planets Co2 but when the sun and other factors cause heating that CO2 is released,CO2 levels always rise after heating occurs this is well documented.We are currently experiencing some heating (although not in the last ten years) which is a natural process as we are still recovering from the last ice age and returning to normal levels.More heat and CO2 means more farmland and better size fruit & veg.

Earth's orbital properties (Earth's maximum 24 degree axial tilt coincided with the northern hemisphere summer solstice & perihelion, the north pole pointed towards the Sun when the Earth was closest to the Sun) produced a climate optimum between 9000 to 5000 years ago, it's called the Holocene climatic optimum, but since then (except for the last 120 years) the Earth was cooling as it's orbit shifted.

But as the world cooled, the Sahara desert gradually formed. People were forced to move to the Nile river and delta region - eventually establishing the ancient Egyptian civilisation.

@HeavyMetalCanuck I answered your questions and remarked on your quotes but you have not answered the question I have asked twice,I'll ask it agian just to make sure you have'nt accidently overlook it.Out of all the IPCC scientists only 5 that's less than 1% stand behind and have signed the IPCC report,now I doubt that figure you're quoting is correct and is most likely government propaganda so would you like to give me the source and acknowledge why so few ipcc S'tists put the names on report?

CO2 emits heat? How? The party line until now was it "traps" heat.

The details are precisely what matters. More heat in doesn't mean anything if you are not sure about how much heat goes out as a result of it.

And nice try with the "simplification" argument, while portraying the numbers as facts. How many submarine volcanos? How much CO2 do they emit? Nobody knows. How much warming from alleged 400% increase in CO2? What will be the consequences? Solutions to a problem you cannot identify?

@scepticsteve This was the only alarmist that bothered to show up at the conference,I hope you watch the rest of it.I did have trouble uploading a few videos of speakers at the conference but I got the main guys.The details are what matters,I found that comment astounding from a so called scientist,just goes to show you how money and grants helps you to ignore details.Overall though I think it was a positive conference for real science to shine,truth is done in the daylight,lies in the dark.
