We have conquered the realm of the water (we learnt to swim), but the realm of the air is still forbidden for us, as our bodies were not designed to fly, and it’s not a question of technique (like swimming). If we could fly with a very simple machine, it would be easier for us to feel/believe that we were flying on our own.

Just saw this today at Nat- Geo. It was amazing he flew like a Human-Jet, through the English channel in under around 8min, He calculated he needed at least 13min or more somewhere between, to cross it. I was inspired how he was committed to cross the English channel to be the first "Rocket-man" to do so. And others had other ways to cross it in the past and it amazed me.
