The CEOP videos are resources used by trained people who present workshops in schools and youth centres around the subject of Internet abuse, grooming etc. Adults must be CRB registered and trained in order to use these resources, but I agree they should be shown more on television, the cost of showing them on TV though is prohibitive as they would incur the same costs as normal commercial advertising.  Look for the report abuse button or icon on MSN etc.
