@erics823 We were actually inside the safe zone. Since I worked with the demolition company, I was cleared to be closer to the implosion than the public.
I agree with austin 491 but not for the same reasons. For one Rca dome isn't old the only things wrong with it were the seats falling apart. They could of just replaced them. I've been to Lucas oil stadium about 100 times nicer. but when colts are there they don't get so lucky. Rca Dome helped them win all home games and take them to superbowl!!!!!! lets just hope superbowl in 2012 will bring the colts their time again. because 2012 superbowl is bringing it to indy for the first time EVER!!!!!!!
Just plane stupid. Great shots, but why it had to come down will never be justified to me. People are wasteful. Lucas Oil stadium is nice but it was just slapped together. Won't be long and we'll be watching it get blown up. And we'll have 2 stadium payments with nothing to show for it.

Controlled Demolition were also responsible for having imploded a number of old casinos in Las Vegas, such as the Dunes, Sands, Hacienda, Aladdin - and most recently the Stardust and New Frontier. They truly are THE leader in the industry of building implosion.
