Coldplay has so many amazing songs that are just great to listen to. This morning, I had the chorus from one of their songs in my head. I couldn't remember the name of it, sadly. It took me several hours to find it (it was What if). I would have been quicker if i didn't stop to listen to every song first.

Viva is a different sound, they said that themselves, if the people who want there old sound had got there way coldplay wouldnt be around much longer, they needed to change there sound for them to progress as musicians. If you listen to carefully to vlv youll hear the old coldplay in there hidden in guitars, bass lines, drums, piano... ; )
Snappier, honestly, I have heard a lot of Coldplay. I think that Viva La Vida (the era, not necessarily the song) is wonderful. The album was not just some songs put together, it was the arrangement of the songs that made it pure art.
But then again, I'm just now hearing THIS song for the first time, and I love it. It's not my favorite, but it's great. All their songs have something different to them, and I can't help but love it all.
I see. I liked Viva La Vida. Not a lot more, but the arrangement of it was the best of all their albums so far. I dunno, Viva La Vida's time just seemed like one with a lot of depth to it, and not just B-side stuff like the rest.

I wish coldplay didn't have that negative stereotype they do (you know how i know your gay? cause you listen to coldplay) this band gets it man, they get IT, they're one of the greatest bands i've ever listened to, they're like ear candy haha

Viva is a different sound, they said that themselves, if the people who want there old sound had got there way coldplay wouldnt be around much longer, they needed to change there sound for them to progress as musicians. If you listen to carefully to vlv youll hear the old coldplay in there hidden in guitars, bass lines, drums, piano... ; )

Snappier, honestly, I have heard a lot of Coldplay. I think that Viva La Vida (the era, not necessarily the song) is wonderful. The album was not just some songs put together, it was the arrangement of the songs that made it pure art.
But then again, I'm just now hearing THIS song for the first time, and I love it. It's not my favorite, but it's great. All their songs have something different to them, and I can't help but love it all.

I see. I liked Viva La Vida. Not a lot more, but the arrangement of it was the best of all their albums so far. I dunno, Viva La Vida's time just seemed like one with a lot of depth to it, and not just B-side stuff like the rest.

I always thought that Coldplay was the greatest band, atleast in my opinion, and then once I heard some of their b-sides such as this, well, that basically put them in a catogory of their own as far as i'm concerned. Great song!
