i called last time and it was 8 hrs lol  and im on hold right now for 1 hour and 20 mins

Yep, I've waited 4+ hours before on hold for them, as recent as 2 weeks ago.

I had a tech guy come by and he said Shaw laid off 500+ workers last spring I think he said.
