@torineedham for redness try a green concealer underneath the foundation. Try greys for the smoky eye, grey browns or charcoal grey which has blue in it

There are no rules in makeup. Some makeup artists use lipstick as a blush, eyeshadow as lipcolor, etc.

She's using the Makeup Forever Flash Palette. You can buy them individually called "Flash Colors" that's what I did. They're highly pigmented and are basically used as face paint.
