@JPili1 Practice XD. Generally, when we start violin, we put these little colored tapes on the neck to show where you're supposed to press, but after a year or two, you can take them off. I bet you can play guitar without looking at your fingers after awhile because you just know where the note is by feeling. Same thing with violin, it just has to be a tad more precise.
