Yeap, he needs to slow down his mind and it will slow down his body. He's feeling his oats. :D He's a little unbalanced and his head is in the air but on that loose rein he really extends that beautiful neck and relaxes. Nicely handled. Practice, Practice, Practice. Good luck!
this show was such a bummer. He was doing awesome in the warm up and litterly 30 seconds before we went into the ring a horse flipped out in the warmup and he totally fed off it. But hey whatever thats life.
I guess I wouldnt have typed that he was going forward is all. Im not trying to be mean, I ride horses like thoroughbreds all the time and I know how it can be, and your test was good.
Ok then maybe tell me what you would have done in the situtaion when you horses gets set of 30 seconds before you go into the ring. What would you do to calm him down and get him going correctly in a matter of 30 seconds. Maybe that would help me out rather than just making an obvious statement that isn't going to help me out.
lol and you think he wasn't forward? maybe not probably but I'm pretty sure he was forward considering the test takes close to 6 minutes and we did it in like 3 haha
Thank you :] I don't remember my score exactly I'm guess upper 40's to lower 50's it went pretty bad lol

There is a difference between being forward and rushing.
