Members of the Manson "family" boasted of as many as 35 to 40 murders. I'd put it at 90/10 she had involvement in the ending of someone's life at some point during her time with Manson. I would say the same for anyone who spent significant time with him.

Yeah in the early 70's a young married couple befriended Squeeky, took her into their home. She brought along some ex-cons who were manson associates. The couple ended up dead, squeeky was arrested but released for lack of evidence. Squeeky and Sandra Good were dangerous people to know during that period, everywhere they went, people disappeared.
