level up an evee at night or day but only after reaching a certain level of trust with them sorry but i forgot the level they evolve

When you beat the johto league you can go to kanto then from there, go to pweter city and this guy near the gym gives you a silver wing and rainbow wing(only if you got all dogs) then from there go to whirlpool islands and if you have the silver wing you should be able to see lugia behind the waterfall.

hypno...I have no idea but if didnt start out with a fire type in the game, grass and bug and stuff r weak to flying. so Pidgeot is the next best thing.

pidgeys a standard first catch, and its solid throughout the game, not to mention great to have for brunno, and hypno is a good alternative to abra, which being a psychic type, is very useful
