don't buy this, it costs $40, buy a resistance band for $5 and work out with the disc in your hand, its a ripoff

@rollthelosingdice to bad I made this video a while ago and then shortly sold the patent off to discnation .I made my money the product works ,and it costs around 15 dollars to make instead of 5 .Rip off is in the eye of the beholder there have been around 600 snapbands sold and everyone says it works. + for me atleast I am the original creator of this sort of product,all the other style came almost a year after I sold the patent.

Yes!! I am not sure why you ask BUT yes I am throwing huge anhyzers on purpose .Until I had used the snapband i had never been able to do so either!!!!
