I recommend not getting carried away with the reading also, it should be yoga and body too I read way too much philosophy and teachings.

Ill be honest Im a regular american dude, who tried reading everything on this, meditating, I went to Nepal, and there are real problems.

"Perfect" is a big problem, you cant achieve what you try and what the books tell you, its impossible but you think you can do it, emptiness is really not that complex either, its weird, the best part is you can create your own happiness.

Most dogs are so loving and sweet, they have better hearts than most people.

I enjoyed this video alot, thank you for sharing this. May we not forget to pray for the soldiers that harm tibetans daily, may we pray they awaken to the harm that is done. there was no reason what so ever for the temples to be destroyed like they were, for the tibetan genocide, for harming the tibetans! may we pray the chinese military open their hearts.

He is. There are many Buddhists among hollywood actors. It's not like you are converting in to a religon, with following their rituals. It's a life style.
