when you hover over something u get a small window with a brief description of what your hovered over, in your case its in the bottom left. Can someone please tell me how to move that :)

Don't go with Satrina, get ElkBuffBars. Its much easier to see bars than it is squares. Knowing durations is important in PvP.

If you mean Dominos... type the command /dominos>Configure Bars>Right-Click on one of the action bars>Turn "Faded Opacity" down
