Still waiting for suikoden VI, but i believe a Suikoden 1,5 with the good old engine would be the best. I played all Suikoden Games, but i think the graphic isn't getting better. For the PS2 Suikoden III looks best und V is the best one. Tierkreis was okay, story was good, but the chars weren't as lovely as at McDohls and Genkakus sons' time ;)

You need to get to the end of the game (when you invade Gregminster) and save the game just before you fight Barbarossa. Only then can you transfer over your Suikoden 1 file when you start a new game in Suikoden 2.

i bought this game new at superstore for $16 can` So glad i did. Rahy30, you did a nice job on this, I presume you used Windows movie maker to make this, i would sugest now going with a better editing program. Ulead Video studio is a reasonable price (about $80 ) and has more features and is real easy to learn. Just a sugestion. Nice work overall

Suikoden 2 is one of the rarest PS1 games, very limited numbers were made in PAL format. a mint condition copy can sell up £100 on ebay!! =O

Ya this game had an awesome story. I still liked Xenogears and FFT more but this game had an epic story that was extremely believable. Suikoden V was great too but 2 is still the best in the series IMO.

I realized something while watching this, well, the famous "108 stars of destiny" are actually 110 people. i think it's because 2 star names are shared by 4 characters:

Kasumi: Chikyu The Intelligent Star

Tomo: Chikyu The Intelligent Star

Valeria: Tensyo Wounded Star

Barbara: Chison The Wounded Star

Can anyone explain me why? Is it possible that 110 characters are matched with 108 stars, cuz i'm really sure that there's an exact number for all the characters and their stars, and it's 108.

The answer to your question is circumstance.

You are given choices on which characters to get at certain points.

When you visit Gregminster, you are given the choice to choose either Kasumi or Valeria

If you choose Kasumi, the star that would be Valeria is given to Tomo and vice-versa.

But I don't really care if this took you six hours or two weeks, it's still not a worthy homage to Suikoden 2. (one of the greatest RPG's ever)

The music doesn't fit the theme at all and there are alot of typo's, and the white text is sometimes intelligible against the background.

To sum this up, an anticlimactic and bland 10 minute video that even a hardcore fan like me finds it hard to endure

I think the song fits if you think about the story of the game. After all, it is about friendship.

Now that i think about it, the lyrics really do fit with the story, as well as the mood. (parang kumakanta si Riou/Hero kay Jowy... Oh no, fan service!) But for the video, i think it would have been cooler if it had a faster beat. :)

Riou's fourth skill wud be called "forgiver sign" it heals 2000 and wud also damage 2000 to a single enemy...it's a great skill,very nice to watch too,haha but to get that skill make sure u collect all 108 characters before u even step into rockaxe castle wif nanami to burn the flag...I 'll say it again you must collect all 108 characters before doin that or it doesn't work and u won't get a good ending to the game
