I think the reason people think certain people, like brookers, are on drugs is not because the drugs make other people act like brookers. I think it is because people with different views and creativeness enjoy drugs most. Therefore brookers doesn't act like she is on drugs. people who act like brookers are more commonly on drugs than people who don't act like brookers.
