@BasilFawlty4444 I`ll give you it all . Except culture. I`ve been to towns and cities 1/20 the size of London but which are 20X as rich in culture. Even towns and cities in Western Europe. I shall name one or two, if you wish.
1. Rome.
2. Santiago de Compostela
3. Valencia.
Perhaps I`m being unfair to my own capital city. I don`t know...
@valarmanwe You are right in saying those cities have a lot of culture but London has something like 8 million inhabitants who between them speak 300 different languages. That is what you call a cultured city!
@mikeypeteify Fair comment. I should go back to London some time and get to know all the little nooks and crannies. Get off the beaten track. I didn`t mean to be unfair to London. I think New York is over-rated. The most fascinating cities I`ve been to have been relatively unknown places.
Well done! My childhood home was under the flightpath [Richmond] and it was interesting to see bits of London from above-it looks vast from above-I now live in a smaller city, where access to the real countryside is a short 10 min drive away-in London, Richmond Park was my playground-and what a lovely place it was.

@valarmanwe I'll agree that those cities are rich in culture.
But I think we're talking in different terms; I was mainly referring to the sheer volume of varying cultures that you find in London.
But yes, undoubtedly those cities you mention are great.
