  • My heart broke in a million pieces watching this Annie... I wish I could do something for her

  • Wow. So real. So sad. Bless you, bless everyone who is trying to do some good in this sick sick twisted world. You are an icon, in music, in popculture and in life. I admire you so much, and this inspired me to be less selfish, and I want to get involved. Bless your heart. And ofcourse, bless the people who suffer from diseases, hunger, war or pollution or any other terrible thing even more.

Very inspirational. And to all the others, at least she is gaining awareness and help, every bit helps.

  • I cannot even begin to imagine how that little girl is feeling. She is fighting for her life and she has no mother, what a brave little girl. This makes me realise that I am lucky to have what I do, there are so many things we take for granted. Next time I have food left on my plate, I will eat it - remembering how lucky I am to have it.

  • im crying like a baby ,,,,for this baby

  • La storia di questa bambina, Avelile, entra nel piu' profondo del mio cuore. Aiutare dei bambini sfortunati puo' dare un senso veramente meraviglioso alla propria esistenza.

  • Annie, bless your heart for showing this.

  • ty soo much im crying

  • Annie - your message takes my breath away. If only there was a place at this site that would allow anyone moved by your video, music and message to contribute in a monetary fashion - is that possible?

  • Bravo Annie Lennox for your passion and devotion to such an amazing cause. Very rarely do scientists, clinicians and politicians take the word of celebrities as gospel, but you are doing an amazing thing for HIV/AIDS and Africa. Your brilliant work was actually the topic of a major meeting today and I will continue to promote your beautiful video and dedication to this cause!

  • When you see all these bloody celebrities starving themselves like morons and then you see this poor girl, it's just a sick world we live in.

  • These drugs are saving my friend's lives here in the states. And they VERY CLEARLY saved Avelile's life. There is MORE proof in THAT than there is in your desperate and frantic "theories".

  • I believe this situation is terrible. I wish our wolrd will open to consciousness or awareness (doesn't really matter how we call it). I think we could make our planet a better place to live. But that concerns everyone. Changes requires time, yet when someone make a step, well a second one will benefit it and will go further. I salute those who encourage and inspire others. I salute their contributions (whatever the contribution is) A drop of water can make the difference ! Love you - Blessings

  • Having spent time in North Africa and Kenya, in my experience and opinion 50% of the population are corrupt & 25% have HIV. The rest have nothing, with no voice, no choice, & no future. But still Mugabe starves his people, tortures is opponents and murdersw white farmers. Egypt is breeding terrorists and Islam sweeping through Sudan. Just when will we wake up? HIVDISSIDENT, perhaps you need to stop trying too hard to make the point. Sometimes you have to be 'inside' something to change it.

  • I'm so glad you are doing this Annie- thank you.

    x

  • Thank you Annie.

  • Thank you for posting.

  • Doesn't surprise me that you all would go Whoring after her..

  • Annie Lennox is real. It's better.

  • Bible isnt true, because "true" is so uncathable. But what is sure that AL is one of really dedicated people...

  • Suffer the little children to come unto me...Why do they NEED to suffer - SING it LOUD. xXx

  • You make no sense whatsoever...A L is Promotoing a Poisonous Toxic Chemo Therapy (AZT) that have absolutely NO benefits to Human beings none the less innocent babies and you want Annie to Sing this drug around the world..talkin bout dilusional..

  • I have seen Avelile this summer in South Africa and it was really one of the most heartbreaking moments I had while I was in South Africa.

Before we went to see her in her room the doctor said that weve to wait a sec before we can enter the room so that she can check whether she is still alive and fortunally she was and though she had so bad health conditions and everyone expected her to die in the next minutes, hours, days she still tried to smile and to be strong.I encourage you to help!

  • Having lost a loved one to AIDS, I want to say thanks to Annie for her effort. If one life is saved, then it is all worth it.

  • wow, thats really sad, i didnt know kids die every 60 of AIDS and HIV. good work. keep it up. ♥

  • That little girl is dying, yet so alive.

  • My heart aches for this beautiful little girl and all the other innocent victims of HIV/AIDS - thank you Annie for bringing this message to the world -I will share this with my children this afternoon.
