I've known who Laura Nyro was since about '72 but became a full blown addict after hearing one of her albums in '79. I truly regret I was never able to see her perform. she has been one of the 3 great influences on my music and is gone but not forgotten and I'm so thankful for these clips.

you could find someone who could edit it a bit maybe with photoshop or painter. You could get a really polished video with this if you got a good film editor. Even some of the background noise can be edited out. Anyway I enjoyed it as it is having never been able to see her in person. Thanks again

The joy for me is seeing and hearing this so raw...so many years after the rawness brings Laura back to me.

This song always resonated with me because we both did the motherhood thing at same period of time. The poigniant bringing together of a little frustration and enormous love for her child are so here.
