IM GOING CRAZY HERE I JUST DID THIS YESTERDAY and i tried to do it again today and after i do the step for the cloud filter when i go to the glass filter i can select it because its greyed out

Also I am using CS3 When I go to rasterize it says rasterize type not rasterize layer as shown in the video.

this is because u have u change the detail etc and change the drop down to tiny edges and NOT frosted!

It's be a good tut if the Glass thing did Diamonds, I work on CS3 - after I do the Glass thing the words don't look like diamonds at all

Great, only in the glass filter option i used the texture canvas instead of tiny lens as used in this video - i think it looks more diamond like.

filter > distort > glass > texture option drop down to canvas

its not CS its 7.0 because on CS the dont have 3D transform but they have that on 7.0

its photoshop CS. i think ur problem is that when u apply the glass effect, u need to change the texture, to tiny lends. That step was never explained.. and i think most of the ppl had issues with that.
