I like the way that Ghost Hunters try to prove that places are NOT haunted and have technology to back up their theories, unlike Most Haunted, in which the slightest sound or 'orb' seen will make them wet themselves.

ok im not saying everything on Most Haunted is real but we have to look at the fact that Most Haunted does their shows at KNOWN haunted places. Places that have centuries of history while taps does not do that as much. Look GHI for example. They gather more evidence then GH does because they visit a lot of them same places that MH does.
1. It has be prove that TAPS faked some evidence 2. We mostly have chance to find ghost where peoples die Right ? So why we don't see and they don't investigate for e.g. in hospitals, dead penality chamber, deadly roads, battle field... ?!? 3. What about ghost of animals ?!? 4. One thing none of these shows ever investigates is infrasound, which explains a great many hauntings. I've investigated this phenomenon on the net. Loads of information on that subject. That would be the first thing I'd be checking for if I were a investigator.

I agree that most haunted is total crap, and the only reason i used to watch it was because i like a good ghost story or legend...and the psychic painfully annoying to watch. and yes the fact that they saw stuff every episode was obviously an act, but for someone like me at the time, it was a great way to hear a good ghost story. however, i dont think jason and grant are totally innocent either. for big shows, like the live specials, they fake activity so the people have something to watch.

Most Haunted is ther biggest load of crap going. It seems every episode Derek used to get possesed of some sort, Yviette was even heard saying about Derek "he is a fake b@stard". They overplayed the whole thing on that programme, it seemed every episode something was happening. But I guess thats an entertainment show. Like creepwatcher says, TAPS is much more of an investigation show, not much ever happens and when it does it's fully looked into, which gives me the impression its more legit.

I don't believe in ghosts or hauntings. I believe there are perfectly normal explanations for all of these things. I enjoy watching shows about ghosts and hauntings, but I don't believe. These guys need to look into infrasound as the most likely source of haunted feelings.

dude. seriously, that show is the bomb. I LOVE ghost hunters, but on ghost adventures they find some of the best stuff, every episode. there's never a dull moment on that show.
MH is definitely much more melodramatic and sensationalistic than GH, though I think a lot of the reason why people watch these shows is for the emotive and being scared factor. People make TV shows for ratings but there's no excuse for being so amateur as is the case with MH. They fully endorsed a 'fake' psychic for years. And the best moments are ruined by all the screaming, yelling, and jumping cameras - they don't get anything in the end. Decide for yourself whether it's for show or not.

ok im not saying everything on Most Haunted is real but we have to look at the fact that Most Haunted does their shows at KNOWN haunted places. Places that have centuries of history while taps does not do that as much. Look GHI for example. They gather more evidence then GH does because they visit a lot of them same places that MH does.

One thing none of these shows ever investigates is infrasound, which explains a great many hauntings. I've investigated this phenomenon on the net. Loads of information on that subject. That would be the first thing I'd be checking for if I were a investigator.

I agree that most haunted is total crap, and the only reason i used to watch it was because i like a good ghost story or legend...and the psychic painfully annoying to watch. and yes the fact that they saw stuff every episode was obviously an act, but for someone like me at the time, it was a great way to hear a good ghost story. however, i dont think jason and grant are totally innocent either. for big shows, like the live specials, they fake activity so the people have something to watch.

I used to watch alot of Most Haunted but did get a bit sick of Yvette Fieldings face. What bugs me is ppl saying they dont watch it because of the stupid medium Derek Acorah....theres a reason he isnt on it anymore they had a disagreement about his constant 'possessions' and yvette and co let him go! so dont hate the show for that reason.

Most Haunted is ther biggest load of crap going. It seems every episode Derek used to get possesed of some sort, Yviette was even heard saying about Derek "he is a fake b@stard". They overplayed the whole thing on that programme, it seemed every episode something was happening. But I guess thats an entertainment show. Like creepwatcher says, TAPS is much more of an investigation show, not much ever happens and when it does it's fully looked into, which gives me the impression its more legit.

MH is definitely much more melodramatic and sensationalistic than GH, though I think a lot of the reason why people watch these shows is for the emotive and being scared factor. People make TV shows for ratings but there's no excuse for being so amateur as is the case with MH. They fully endorsed a 'fake' psychic for years. And the best moments are ruined by all the screaming, yelling, and jumping cameras - they don't get anything in the end. Decide for yourself whether it's for show or not.

That's true. Most Haunted does show great vids of nose candy... not much ghosts, but plenty of snot...

I got banned from the Most haunted message board because i was always asking these sort of questions. I also got banned for starting a "sweepstake" around a "Live" event with things like "Yvette is the first one to say "did you hear that?"" and "Acorah will be possesed 3/4/5 times?"

I love ghost hunters and most haunted is pretty lame. I have watched several just to be fair, and they are so made up it's crazy. It is good for a laugh though.
