  • Can anyone explain to this balloon head that orphan books WILL NOT be made available by anyone now that the deal has been struck down? Congress won't pass any law about orphan books. If the issue is that Google will be the only one with the right to make those books available, then fight that and just that. She was fighting for the whole deal to be struck down and she got her way.
