Nice, very nice. I played this when I was thirteen as the violin soloist...oh, the memories. It is a wonderful piece to play, as I know from personal experience. That violinist has probably worked in dozens of hours to perform that. I know I did.
However, she looks miserable. That...is not something that should ever be seen during a piece like this.
Also, let us recognize the rest of the orchestra. They never get recognized enough. It's always the soloist. So, clap your hands for the orchestra!

Too good! Makes me sad though since I watched a story about a mom sacrificing her self to save her kid in an Earthquake to this song.

this is a great performance watching this makes me want to learn how to play the violin like the girl in the purple love all her scales and shes plays really well. Plus love the song The butterfly lovers is my all time favorite movie :P Keep it up!

Oooh yeah, I knew there was some story/movie.
But the Guangzhou Ballet came to America (and the area where I live) recently and they are absolutely GORGEOUS. They told the Butterfly Lovers story through dance :)
