  • ANSWER ME HOBITSES

  • Interogation mode, Another Arkham City game inspiration

  • Dude, you dropped your falafel.

  • How to make TDKR perfect? BRING BACK FLASS

  • if only bale always sounded like this. then we wouldn't have to suffer those insults from those insufferable asses out there

  • @41gguy I'm sorry to pick on you specifically but you people need to look up your facts. Bale didn't make the voice raspier in TDK, Nolan did via technology. Look it up

  • @yamisupersaiyan well unless you can give me a site. i cant find it. anyway, i highly doubt your claim

  • @41gguy look up imdb the dark knight trivia and its one of them

  • thumbs up if college humor brought you here

  • i think batman needs to string up those 6 ppl that hit the dislike button and ask them why.

  • I'm better. I'm stronger. I'm bat-man.

  • WHERE ARE THE OTHER DRUGS GONG? FUCK-FACE

  • Noooooooo his sandwich

  • DO I LOOK LIKE A COP?!

No actually you look like a multi billionaire playboy dressed as a giant bat

    OH SHIT!

    (Drop)

  • ANSWER ME HOBBITSES!

  • My favourite part from the film. :)

  • sometimes bale's batman voice is rediculous and sometimes its BADASS!!!!!!!!

  • @epicj13 the reason he does that voice is to disguise his voice from being recognized. In fact in the comics the original Batman did that as well. They described his voice as a gravely and raspy animal voice. Scared the shit out of criminals

  • @TheDeadlyXins true, but ever since conroy's portrayal which was more natural but still intimidating and hard to identify, everyone seems to have forgotten, which is why bale's voice is often ridiculed

  • @Arthus850 Hard to identify my ass. Conroys Batman is smooth, as is his Wayne. Yeah his Batman is more direct, but its amazing how no one in that reality can tell hes Batman. With Bale, the voice makes him a monster, a very sharp contrast to the suave and collected Wayne. Bale ultimately is the more believable one, and anyone who says different is such riding the nostalgia wagon

  • @yamisupersaiyan Just because it's more realistic doesn't make it better.

  • @BigRubberMallet

Realistic isn't the right word, how about grounded? People who enjoy Conroy more love him for the nostalgia. He's not bad by any means, but his voice gives off the image that Batman is this godly figure...when that's exactly what hes not. He is a human with pain, which the animated series never nailed (the animated movies however did). Conroys just a voice so technically its not his fault he can't be better than and as unique as Bale

  • @yamisupersaiyan @yamisupersaiyan You say the animated series didn't nail it, yet there are episodes which focus on batmans pain.... I am the Night is a perfect example. It shows how he visits his parents death site on a regular basis and how he believes his efforts are never good enough, how he feels he can never win.

I do agree with you though how BTAS' Wayne and Batman arent too different, so ill give you that. Bales voice in the first movie was amazing, second nolan overdid the voice...

  • @PeterLichOfficial Oh and I forgot to mention I absolutely love both. Conroy does the best batman for the video games and animated series stuff. Bales Batman is also awesome and the new Batman is the best movie adaptation. IMO it puts all the other films to absolute shame :)

  • @PeterLichOfficial

It just seems kind of weird that some episodes its as if nothing ever bothered him. There are quite a few very memorable TAS episodes I admire so don't get me wrong. At least to me because of the movie format I'm able to see the struggle of Batman more clearly and more fluidly if that makes sense. Perfect, I agree. While I still find Bales voice in both TDK and BB better than Conroy, there are parts in TDK where it is a bit overdone. Good talk

  • @yamisupersaiyan I never said hee wasn't believable.

  • @epicj13 in batman begins it was badass. in the dark knight it was ALMSJAIORIINCXZKJNEHFT (translation: it was ok)

  • @epicj13

Its ridiculous one or 2 times, but other than that its freaking excellent

  • ANY MOMENT NOW AND BATMAN WILL DROP THAT ROPE

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA.LOOK AT HIM SHAKE DURING THE CONVERSATION.ANY MOMENT NOW HE WILL BUST A VEIN.

  • the silly silly drugs

  • This looks pretty comical. But imagine that shit happening to you. Pulled up 50 feet high, upside-down, some maniac interrogating you with unintelligible questions? HOW DO I ANSWER IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ASKINGGGG!!??!?

  • @CristoCountPro unintilligible questions? Are u retard? or are u earless.

  • @Rockjael2 You can't spell "unintelligible", you have poor grammar, and you failed to understand that I was joking. And you call ME a retard?

  • @CristoCountPro I hate jokes about bale's voice. so GTFO.

  • Who says im not al pacino? do you know what al pacino does at night? FIGHT CRIIIMEEEE

  • Anyone else curious where that string is being suspended from??

  • donde esta ros drugas?!

  • "I SAID! WHEREWERETHEOTHERDRUGSGOING?!?!"

  • Comment removed

  • WHERE WERE THE OT-HER DRUGS GO-ING FUCK-FACE?

  • Malcovich?

  • Silly, silly drugs.

  • The facial expressions are laughable, but at least the voice is far better in this movie. DK, he ate WAAAAAY too much ham. Hopefully he learned his lesson and DKR will see him go back to this.

On second note, "Swear to Me" IS an epic line.

  • ANSWER ME HOBBITSESS!

  • Ello govna

  • IM BET-TER - IM STRON-GER - IM BAT-MAN

  • @Nemogin what is that from im dying to know?

  • @NobleAssassinprod ''batman chooses his voice''

  • @NobleAssassinprod College humor's video on how batman got his voice.

  • @Nemogin Malkovich?

  • "... I swear to God!" - "SWEAR TO ME"

    So Batman really is God!

  • *Shakes for 2 seconds.

WARE WERE DE ODDER DRUGS GOIN!!!

  • I'd be scared as hell if I was pulled up out of nowhere in the rain by a mean guy in a bat suit lol and he stares at me shaking for 2 seconds then starts yelling at me.

  • dude, i grew up with batman's interrogations being way more intense, holding people off skyscrapers without any ropes or bat hooks, just holding them over the edge and waiting for them to talk. this isn't anything compared to that. it also influenced the quote i associated with batman more than any "talk, my arm's getting tired."

  • @ZombieChimpanzee You play much arkham city,dude.

  • @ZombieChimpanzee Is his first time being batman, his first interrogation.

You think he know's what dialogue he gonna says? on arkham city he have like 10 years since be batman. And interrogation is something of all the days.

  • A great hot dog wasted :(

  • - "Where were the other drugs going?".

    - *the dude's serious face* " .... I'm sorry, I wasn't listening".

  • note to Christian Bale: Keep your Bat voice like this.

  • SWEAR TO ME! Fuck I love that line

  • holy batman on steroids

  • "DO I LOOK LIKE A COP?!"

On second thought, what the hell is a falafel?

  • "WHAT?"

  • *shakes for like 2 seconds* "WHERE WERE THE OTHER DRUGS GOING!"

  • @ZoyncTV lmfao lolol

  • @ShinIsTrue hehe :) seen coffee with batman? search it xD its the animated one!

  • hey adam west do you see shark repalant here?

  • SWEAR TO ME!!!!

    Shit, fuck, and tits!!!

  • Im wondering how he relaesed him in the end, like how did the rope untangle from his ankle on its own???

  • @Carlito9871 Batscience!

  • @Carlito9871 He's a billionaire. Im sure there's some type of rope mechanism that can do it. lol

  • @Carlito9871 remember in tdk ending the rope tangles around jokers leg in mid air .and not just in movies even in cartoons or books these bat-rope automatically spins around whatever batman shoots at like a pole ,a ledge ,a person or his dick xD

  • @Carlito9871 maybe batman cut the rope

  • I hate it when this happens to me...

  • DOES HE LOOK LIKE A BITCH?

  • @jballen90 What?

  • @jballen90 haahaha! good one xD

  • that poor falafel :(

  • best scene from this film!!)

  • Batman - where were the other drugs goin

Flass - Sorry could you repeat that, I couldn't hear you over the sound of me shittin myself

  • @agip07 LMAO!

  • rablargblargrabbleblaaaarg!

  • He tried so hard he looked retarded instead of fearful...little too much shakey batmang

  • his voice XD i'm sry but the first thing i would say to batman if he interrogated me was dude i can't understand a word ur saying

  • @darthvenom305671 If Sylvester Stallone was Batman no one would ever understand him.

  • @StMarciano XD ur right LOL !

  • Why does his face shake like a trembling saint benard everytime he talks.

  • @killaking150 If you want to be cool and look mad like batman, you should that shit.

  • SWEAR TO ME!!!

  • seriously this is what shud b in arkam city

  • Thats the Bad-Ass Batman we all love

  • batman shaves

  • I'm sorry, I'm too distracted by that icky crumb in Flass' lips to notice what they're saying...

  • ANYONE ELSE thought he would have been a good BULLOCK character from the TAS series?

  • The only part of the movie where i was laughin out loud in the theater...swearrrr to meeee..lol

  • Possibly one of my favourite scenes in film history.

  • Never. EVER. Compare Batman with law

  • Batman: DO I LOOK LIKE A COP!?

    Nope, just Chuck Testa! :D

  • 0:31 his face gives me so much joke

  • Better than The Dark Knight!

  • SWEAR TO ME!

  • In this movie the voice works. In the second movie it doesn't. I don't know why, but it doesn't.

  • @Spore6001 I think it's because in the second one he talks too much, the voice doesn't lend itself well to overly long monologues such as the "believe in gooood" speech he gives to Harvey.

  • @preacherZer0 Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I really hope they tone it down for the third movie though.

  • They should just dub over christian bales batman lines with kevin conroy :D

  • damn batman needs a chill pill lol

  • SWEAR TO ME!!!!!

note to self: don't fuck with batman

  • @ThDrkKnyt No batman is a hard believing christian and he'll kill anybody who swears to god!! MUST GO TO CHURCH OR BATMAN WILL KILL ME, lol, but no swearing to god is bad.

  • @ThDrkKnyt LOL

  • ....i think they made a mistake with Flass hanging the wrong way when he reachs batman...shouldnt his back be to batman if he was flying up with his back to batman ????

  • detective yo-yo

  • Batman Begins had so many awesome one liners lol

  • SWEAR TO ME!!!! What a line.

DO I LIKE LIKE A COP?!!!!! Was an epic line.

Only thing I do not like about Batman is he has to be willing to kill. Joker of all people; how can you be so stupid as to catch him and bring him back up???

  • @ApolloJamesJackson Good thing heath ledger is dead then huh?

  • @schustar322

You know what I mean but lol!

  • @ApolloJamesJackson I know what you mean but if he kills that ruins what Batman is, a superhero. Otherwise he's like the Punisher, kills people for revenge not really to save people. Batman brings justice, not death.

  • @redfirehands

It is not about killing for revenge. It is about killing particular individuals such as Ra's Al Ghul and the Joker to protect their potential victims from help. It is utterly ridiculous not to kill criminals like them and I would even say Batman must accept a significant amount of blame for the deaths they cause as he did not prevent it from taking place. Also if he did not save Al Ghul why save Joker? Twisted logic.

  • @ApolloJamesJackson That's a good point. I would guess that since Batman doesn't kill he saved the Joker because he directly pulled him off the building. As for Ras Al Ghul Batman just left him to a falling train, which I guess could be the same as killing him but it's not like pushing or pulling someone off of a building. As for accepting the blame yeah I thought that, that's why I said I know what you mean.

  • @ApolloJamesJackson He doesn't save Ra's because it's earlier in his development as a character. He thinks he can make moral compromises like that, and still be effective as Gotham's symbol. But, by the end of Dark Knight, he's seen what road moral compromises lead to, and he's realized that Batman cannot kill. He must be held to his moral code at all times, or he becomes worse than those he tries to combat.

  • @ProjectCobalt

    Hi. Thanks for the reply.

However do you feel like I do Batman is then partially responsible for any deaths they cause as he failed to prevent it from taking place?

  • @ApolloJamesJackson I do see your point, and understand how you came to that conclusion, but I don't personally agree with it. If Batman is responsible for Joker's victims, then every cop who didn't kill him when they had the chance, every judge, juror and lawyer who didn't send him to the electric chair is just as guilty. And I feel like society as a whole is not responsible for the actions of a madman.

  • @ProjectCobalt But that's the sort of thing where I get where you're coming from, and see your point as valid in it's own right. I just don't necessarily see things that way.

  • it would be funny as hell if that guy said "I beg your pardon? I can't hear a word you're saying".

  • I love how angry he was! Total badass

  • WHYYYY?

  • This is how all dirty cops should be treated. Not dead, just scared outta their fucking minds. Get their hearts right real fast.

  • DO I LOOK LIKE A COP!!

  • Comment removed

  • Do I look Iike a cop! Awesome and funny at same time.

  • Comment removed

  • Wouldnty mess

  • i want to do this in arkham city !!

  • SWEARTOMEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

  • LOL how he shakes he cheeks and gets ready to say "where were the other drugs going?!"

  • 2 months later, poor guy's gonna have to explain all this to his therapist

  • HA, the two dislike are flass and his mom

  • @holygasp ah, but sounding cool isn't the purpose of his voice. he talks like that so people don't recognize his voice.

  • @igetboredproductions his voice only bothered me in the dark knight when he had a lot of dialogue using it. like when he was talking harvey outta shooting the jokers flunky. i think it was only 2 parts that it should have been toned down. but i was shocked at how many ppl kept doggin it. it's like no matter how good a movie was, ppl gotta find something to shit on it about.

  • I swear I died laughing when he said "SWEAR TO ME" in theaters. To this day its hilarious

  • DO I LOOK LIKE A COPP!!!!!!!!!!!

  • oh, and 2 people didn't swear to batman

  • 0:13

    A A

    |OµO|

    |_~~_|

WHEEEEERE Were the other druuuugs going!

  • I was laughing so hard and my friend was kicking me in the stomach.

  • Does he look like a bitch

  • when i 1st saw the movie, i didn't like this scene, i thought it was too much. it was jarring. i was like in a trance watching this movie and this scene just shook me outta it. NOW it's one of my favorites. the way he trembles with rage, the way he barks "WHERE WERE THE OTHER DRUGS GOIN" makes me think of an angry barking dog. i love it.

  • @ratedtriplex Exactly, the trembling with rage and the outburst makes Batman look like an actual fucked up Batman creature instead of some high tech soldier

  • Press 7

    WHAT?!

  • worlds. fattest. yo-yo.

  • @jdolaktv LMAO

  • @jdolaktv LOL

  • Because eating a sandwich wet in a dark ally is cool.

  • Let him finish the falafel man.

  • @Keiferm1 thats not a FUCKING falafel, thats a pita bread sandwich, falafel is a little side snack looks like a kiwi

  • @Keiferm1 ohhh man your comment is hilarious !!!! ^^

  • if the Batman would be real... I would be peeing my pants if I seen him

  • WHERE WERE THE OTHER DRUGS GOING?!

  • the master of interrogation

  • I'm pretty sure during this scene the entire audiene is thinking 'Batman, you just ruined a perfectly good falafel.'

  • Pwnnned xD

  • this nigga got his nose in a plastic hold what do you expect

  • People think the voice is ridiculous, but think about this:

If this 6-foot bat with his life in your hands was roaring at you like that, wouldn't you piss your pants?

The voice, though sometimes (rarely) over done, is awesome for Batman. just because it's different doesn't make it wrong.

  • @shermanmi Also, when fighting crime in disguise it's also a good idea to disguise one's voice.

  • 0:09 my falafel !!

  • Me and my old roomie find the voice hilarious frankly. It's entirely fitting, and great for Batman, but it's still freakin' hilarious.

Also, the tags reading "DO LOOK LIKE COP!" is currently making me fight not to snort my drink.

  • His voice is fine. Nobody, except maybe for the writers/creators of the Batman comics, knows exactly how his voice should sound like. Just because the others before him didn't use a growl in their voice doesn't mean it's forbidden.

Personally, I'm glad that Bale used the growl because it makes his version unique and much more terrifying for the criminals.

  • this is what no one gets about the batman voice: BALE IS PURPOSEFULLY MAKING HIM SOUND LIKE AN ANIMAL. Bale is better than any Batman before him, period.

  • @92chillwill Yes, it's perfectly fine in interrogation scenes like this, but when he's just discussing something with Gordon or something, he has the exact same growl, that's what people complain about.
