Itaipu is a Binational project. Brazilian Design and 80% of the Dam is Brazilian while 20% is Paraguaian. It´s the best massive destruction weapon in South America. Open all the Gates at the sametime and you have Montevideo (Uruguay) and Buenos Aires (Argentina) under 3 meters of water.
