I am studying Paul Dillon's interpretation of the Five Character Secrets of Liuhebafa and applying them to the Annotations on the Nine Pugilistic Songs of Wu Mengxia. When I applied them to the Wu Style Fast Round Form I realy found something different and special; moreover, I am sure that the qigong methods aquired during this integrating process has helped me find the spiritual animals within: Lion and Dragon. Training MA is like climbing a mountain, from the top you can see all, I find myself still traversing the small hills that lead to the Mountain.
