Also,me stop ON the track behind a vehicle ahead and the vehicles ahead do not proceed.

So the one on the track cannot get off the crossing.

Drivers must learn that you must stop BEFORE the track(s), not behind the vehicle ahead as usual, and wait until enough space had opened up beyond the track that you can proceed and clear the track.

There was a fiery Amtrak crash in rural Nevada a few days ago. A truck slammed into the fourth car (the first sleeping car) (the train setup was diesel diesel baggage sleeping). The truck driver and at least 1 on the train died. It was a California Zephyr goingwestbound from Chicago, Illinois to Oakland, California.

Well, it depends on how you pronouce it. Amtrak & Hyundai (pronouced Hun-die), & a lot of fucking dead bodies. Now, Amtrak & Hyundai (pronounced Hun-day), produces a horrible day (as in ho-hum, ow well...) slows down other traffic, & causes the authorities to fill out a lot of excessive paperwork. Anyway, on a more serious note, their real name, "Amtrak" was derived from "American Track". This was the merger of several smaller passenger railroad lines back in the '70's.
