okay. Ariel gave her voice to Ursula so she could be human. Ursula has Ariel's voice in a magic conch shell under the sea. All of the singing is her thoughts. So watch the musical from the beginning to understand/ or perhaps watch the movie. Just stop asking that dumb question people. Its annoying.
