  • @MrBuythepie Thats good, I used to love watching this in the field as a child. I kinda still do even though I'm grown up now lol.

  • AWESOMENESS!

  • its grinding time thi seeason my father got his truck haulin

  • Yep, its that time again. I'm hoping not to get a chipped windshield on my new truck.

  • Al, do you have the name of the yellow machine that is shown in the video loadin from 1:17? It is a Broussard? And what about the costs of one such machine, do you know?

  • It is a Cameco SP2254 loader. Cameco has since been bought out by John Deere and these machines are now painted green. I think it probably cost 80 to 100,000 USD, but thats a guess. I do have some video of a Broussard if you look through my other videos.

  • PIK!!

  • caraca q sistema mais loko, aqui e bem melhor de trabalhar muito mais pratico!!!

    mais mesmo assim valew interessante...

  • al91176 Ijust watched a video on a john deere cutting green standing cane. whats with this video? was the field burned first? whats the most economical harvesting technique?

  • This is an older method of harvesting. It is still used alot in South America, but not much in the states. The method using the combine style harvester is better b/c it cuts out this machine all together. And yes, they do burn the cane after it's cut to remove the leaves.

  • whayt you pick up?

  • the islands i came from this is what i use to do you make good money doing it too n yes its messes but quicker

  • its such a messy proses

  • I am trying to locate one of these cane loader to buy...do you know of any in your area for sale...

  • What type of "THINGY" is on the front to make it roll like that?

  • It's called a piler. It's just a bunch of pick up chains run by hydrolics. They lift the cane off the ground instead of pushing it in the mud.

  • jet

  • Weird machines :-)

Don't see that here in Belgium

  • Some yokes!!!!!!

  • Very impressive. Those cane loaders are awsome. The guy driving the first machine was far better than the yellow machine driver who kept stopping.
