So, Is this "Metal School?" These are the guys that used to be Metal School? Or are they two seperate bands? Because I thought someone said that Steel Panther used to be called "Metal Shop."
First they were danger kitty, they were on a discover card commercial. Then they changed it to Metal Skool, I think metal shop was an album. After that they changed it to steel panther
I have to say I am not familiar with these guys. They sound very good. Does anyone know where they are from? Can anyone name there line-up(First and last name)?? I am curious because I noticed that they have performed with Jeff Scott Soto and Don Dokken. It is obvious they have talent. Talent Rocks.
I thought that was him. I like his guitar playing style. Of course he is using Eddie's style on a lot of the songs he plays. Fun band!!!! EVH forever!
they just came back after 20 years...to the day O.o they dissappeared n all the sudden kept their 20 yr promis n sent a kick ass album, idk wen itll be out. check out death to all but metal
Thanks!! So I am familiar with the singer and guitar player. I have seen Atomic Punks several times including a place called The FM Station in North Hollywood. It's no longer there but that place held some great shows.

Steel Panther used to be called Metal Skool but changed their name when they changed their label. From what I've heard..

LA band, changed their name to "Steel Panther". Guitarist is Russ Parrish, seen em live, shreds.

Lead Singer = Ralph Saenz. (L.A. Guns, Atomic Punks)
Guitar = Russ Parish (Atomic Punks, Fight w/ Rob Halford on vocals and The Thornbirds)
Bass = Travis Haley
Drums = Darren Leader (The Thornbirds)
