Honestly, my favorite genre(s) of music are metalcore, deathcore, and hardcore. But both Manchester Orchestra and The Dear Hunter are easily in my top five favorite bands. Andy Hull is a musical/lyrical genius, and the fact that there are others who will criticize what he plays for being "indy trash" makes me angry. I love a heavy breakdown as much as the next guy, but Manchester Orchestra is just one of those bands that makes you...well, FEEL.
