No, the Lua structure is entirely different and there have been thousands of new Lua commands that only Garry could add and are needed for this addon to work.

when its done downloading, open up the zip and open up the main file. then copy/extract the PC MOD file into garrysmod/garrysmod/addons.

It's another addon called smartsnap it allows you to make things with better curves and things. it shows the graph and you aim at the point and hit 'e' and it locks onto that point for better accuracy.
