According to what he said in an interview Friday night on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, he's donating his proceeds from these commercials to charitable causes. So, sell out? Not so much. Why do some people have to put the worst possible spin on celebrities' motives? Also, the guy is now in the Guiness Book of World Records for being the most watched actor in the world with the show House, 85M, so while his earlier work on British TV was wonderful, he is still having some measure of success.
