    1- It seems to me you cut abouv the uterine artey do you expect cuting a branch some time may cause severe bleeding?

    2- is it safe not to descect the blader?

    The cut s usuall above the uterine artery, but the modern coagulation forceps are capable of sealing vessels up to 7mm in diameter, which is more than adequate for branches of the uterine artery and for the main artery itself.

    Yes it is safe not to dissect the bladder in women who have not had previous surgery such as LSCS, provided your view of the uterovesical fold of peritoneum is good and the bladder can be seen to be clear of the Lap Loop
