  • I want to run over the parlament with this.

  • I will ask one question, why is the way more expensive machine way more popular?

  • is very beutifly

    i love you all

  • Editing sucks. Let us see it work

  • Much better machine than the D11 in my opinion, I've been a dozer operator for 12 years.

  • who let the 5-year-old record and edit this footage?

  • How would you like to seee that comin after ya!

  • @cdub1776 americans say wiener xD ..THAT amuses ME! ;)

  • The old italian Acco Dozer is bigger: 183 tons and 1350 horsepower... Long live to the Acco Dozer, the biggest in the world...

  • I don't think so

  • you should see a cat D11 T in action

  • Comment removed

  • @ihaveairlockers only small dozers are made in other countries.you idiotic child

  • @ihaveairlockers oh well then i take it back.most of the guys here like to post it "Sarcastically".then they just argue with you some more. i will remove the comment.

  • Did this guy accomplish anything?

  • I'm pretty sure that bulldozer is one big mother fucking bulldozer, pretty sure...

  • Operator guy:¿so where did i leave the big piece of shit?

  • wow those tracks are worn

  • i wonder why these need that annoying ass beeping noise when reversing...if you can't see this thing coming you probably need to die by dozer

  • lol poor komatsu they would be alright if they had high tracks.. but cat is the only maker that can use it from copy right reasons.. high tracks give your final drives way longer life.. keeps dirt out of final drives more effeciently and gives less stress on your teeth and housing.. see how much more the track runs around the final drive on these

  • @TheBumcum while that is true. Cats don't seem to push as hard as a komatsu since they moved to high sprocket machines. but komatsu's are harder to level with.

  • @Davobeff you put a CAT and a japatsu blade to blade and see what happens

  • @TheBumcum You are lost there is less contact on a high drive so less pwer to the tracks. Also there is way more stress on the high drive because of the angle the track is at when going over the sprocket. Maybe you shouldn't believe everything that Cat puts in a brochure. Unitl you have worked on both Cat and Komatsu.

  • @3793939 i work on both and your wrong on one point.there is more contact on a high drive.but a d11 will outpush this japatsu all day long.

  • @robby844 when you say you work on both do you mean your a mechanic or an operator. just put it out there i'm a cat dealer machanic.

  • @Davobeff the only reason cat went to high sprocket was to get the drive sprocket out the muck and shit, it also has better wear characteristics on bushes in the chain. but in terms of pushing komatsu is well ahead but they are not that well balanced which makes it harder to clean up with the so cat is ahead in those areas. In terms of ripping and pushing though komatsu i believe is in front.

  • @Davobeff Agree with you man, theres no deying the Komatsu's power but after a 12 hour day your just drained...the ride from the high track make's for a smother day.

  • @Davobeff im a CAT tech as well.

  • Komatsu dozers are pieces of shit. I will say a 475a will push alot of dirt but it breaks down all the time. the 575 is probaly the same a piece of junk. Komatsu excavators are good machines, but the dozers are junk compared to a caterpillar.

  • @doZerrpowerr564 CAT D11R, we got the only one in Norway up here, and its awsome (Y)

  • @Wow2Model yEA ,NOTHING GROWLS LIKE A BIG CAT

  • @STORMLORD70 i dont know about the big dozers but id take a small komatsu over a cat any day

  • hahha ,pay diesel for that i better pay diesel for a 797 then that shit,

    komatsu =japanese

CATERPILLAR=MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

  • @doZerrpowerr564 Not all CAT's are made in the US now, quite a few of their mostly smaller machines, are mitsubishi now.

  • Ha ha ha. I know. Two extra idlers and a third point for your chains to travel over. As if an undercarriage wasn't allready expensive enough. Cat solves problems by throwing more steel at it, not thinking intellegently about a problem and coming up with a real solution.

  • I agree this guy can't operate but I can't believe how biased you guys are against these machines. If you have ever had a bad experience with a komatsu it's probably because it wasn't tuned right. I can set up a pc 220 to out dig out lift out pull any other manufacturers next model size up. Don't be so closed minded people. 98% of your precious clatterpillars are built overseas anyway.

  • @TheKomatsuTech i completly agree. cats are over-rated dozers. also high drive is garbage.

  • @yukondude3 Your right! They are nice machines to maintain but crap to operate

  • When the Komatsu dealer on our property asked what I thought of their iron, I literally told him, "can ya sell us two at a time...one to shit on and the other to cover it up with?" shoulda seen the look on his face. You can't beat a Cat, no fucking way!

  • I think this guy is just trying to dig a hole... Just to bury the fucking thing.....One word.....CAT.!!

Komi never did get it right with the Dozer scene...

Give me a Pussy any day..!!

  • This machine only weighs approx 20 tons more than the D11, D11 would be my choice.

  • Wikipedia says the D11 is 104 tons whilst the D575 is 152 tons!

  • Depending on what application you are referring, I was commenting on the every day mine spec, which the D11 carrydozer is approx 120ton & the D575 is approx 140 ton.

The dozer I think you are referring to is the D575a super dozer which is around the weight you stated from memory but there are not many of those.

  • LOL Don't mind me I'm half asleep, this is the D575a lol,

My apologies, you are right about this machine, my original comment was for every day general machines, I think I'll go back to bed now lol.

  • Agree bt I believe a cat D11 would handle itself better in that situation.

adrian the biggest dozer ever is the old Acco (Italian make).

  • Komatsu makes a caterpillar look like a matchbox.

  • Hahahahaha POS! why the hell is this guy running with his doors and windows open in that noisy crap. Growsers are about gone, hungup at 0:22. Either he has pigeon holed himself or they got the wrong machine for the job. Ive tested Komatsu's dozers in hardrock mining applications (not the 575)... pure shit! sorry poor mans CAT thats all they are. Literally come apart at the seams...Junk. Maybe ok in some other pea gravel environment.

  • @6GUNSOUTH Agreed!!! Fire that shitty operator, get rid of that POS, and bring out an 11.

  • so whats the biggest bulldozer in the world right now?

  • d575

  • Komatsu Make good machines but dont have the service to back it up like cat.

  • that ain't no shit komatsu service in the ev indiana area sucks except for one service man the dealer has

  • haha they have to put breaks in the video between the break downs and it not able to do the job. Buy a Komatsu and wait 2-3 weeks for the parts to come in, then you will realize why everyone runs a CAT.

  • as well as the biggest most powerfull dozer in the world komatsu also have the biggest most powerfull mechanically driven wheeled loader in the world

  • ya if you like under powered tonka toys . you must have money to burn . the tracks are below 10 % , they have the wrong shank on ,

  • komatsus rule!!!!

  • KOMATSUS STINK

    CATERPLLAR RULES

  • Komatsu is the best!!!

We dumped Caterpillar 6 years ago and have replaced most of our earth moving machines with Komatsu and some Hitachi.

  • The grousers are certainly worn down on that iron.

  • this guy should learn on a d6 were he belongs and the rest of u clowns should operate some real iron D11T and D10T

  • Oh, you are soo cool. Tell us more how good you are and how worthless everybody else are. Please.

  • well i can tell you this i work in the biggest mines in Canada the Alberta oil sands with the biggest equipment cat makes and not old junk and pushing off loads from a haul truck that carries 400 ton in the box 24m graders with with 24ft wide blades 8000 Hitachi shovels with 44 yard buckets 850 and 450 hoes we go through them like penny candy small front end loaders up hear are 988h cat moving over 2.1 million cubic meters in 4 months with 850s loading 777 and 785 that's just a winter project

  • Big Fucking Deal. you should see the shit we have here in Australia.

  • ha ha , ive seen it

  • i have the mostest and the bigest and the heavyest and the bestest of all the earthmoveing equipment in the universe .and i have videos to prove it.

  • What's the stuff we have in australia that people should see ?

We have the same dozers as the rest of the world...

  • ihaveairlockers that was the point i was trying to make to thirstyhank.

  • .......my wiener is bigger than yours

  • lolz.

  • glad im not payin for the diesel for him to root around

  • Is this the only vid on the whole tube, of a real D575?

  • sure wouldnt wanna have to shovel them tracks on a muddy day

  • Thats the Momma of all Bulldozers!!!

  • You can see CHETRA Heavy bulldozer in my channel, it close from CAT D 10 and Komatsu D475

  • I have had time in the seat of the komatsu 475 and the cat d11r, but I am a mechanic by trade. I can sure as hell tell you I would rather work on the cat!! The Cat D9L may not have the brawn, but it is still the most universal and dependable dozer i've ever been around.

  • There is no more than a handfull of these made

  • Comment removed

  • fuck off...there are 19 in production. There are 18 in the states and one overseas. Mostly used in strip mining.

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, that is a handfull compared to the amount of D9s that are made per year. Lets not forget CAT 988F

  • 988F the front end loader? not a clue about them or anything to do with loaders...I've ran big dozer in the coal mines in northern bc...we don't get the super dozers up here...I currently build roads and leases in the oil patch...i prefer a D7R XR it small enough to fine tune shit and has the power to bulk with any D8

  • Yeah, front end loader. Was stood next to one today funny enough, it is a beast.

  • Of all the things to fight about:

    sports teams

    political parties

    operating systems

    video game consoles

    text editors

    web browsers.

you guys are fighting about bulldozers.

    This amuses me.

  • I know, lol

  • @cyborgtroy To each his own. I think it's kinda funny that anyone would argue about operating systems, video game consoles, text editors or web browsers.

  • @cyborgtroy It is hilarious isn't it? Post a clip of a bulldozer & you'll instantly attract 3 dozen techs who work on that exact model, 2 dozen who built them, 1 dozen who operate them, & 3 who actually drew the blueprints.

And of course many more who know the exact serial # of the machine in the clip, 7 who personally know the operator, & 4 who call the operator "daddy". All of that from reading a library-rented copy of "Picture Book Of The Great Biggest Machines In The Whole Big World."

  • @offamychain omg!! That's a good comment. Well said!

  • @cyborgtroy This is just another proof that humans always will find something to fight for no matter how useless it is! :)

  • dad own the 475

  • I've ran a 355 and a 475...Both are huge!!

  • Geraldton, West Oz on the bypass project hey??? Big bit of gear

  • is this his first day on a dozer?

  • sounds like it

  • Comment removed

  • he did look like a rookie,,,herky jerky.get in that rock and try to manhandle it,,,,all your doin is tearin up iron and lookin like a chump

  • Creaking old contrapsion !

  • More Action please!!!!!

  • piece of shit, better with a cat any day.

  • probaly like a 475 piece of shit and always broke down

  • somebody said something about the ACCO dozer? I would love to go to Italy and see it! I was told that komatsu ot their start by a copy of a cat crawler. I bet if that 575 had some longer track or wider shoes it would have been ok at climbing. Didn't look like the tracks had very good grousers

  • this thing is too heavy to move it self

  • comment me back

    ANY GUYS UP? 79

  • this is the biggest piece of shit on the planet not go for anything but a flat push on a praire. Can't do shit on a coal seam.Hope u are wearing a neck brace when u drop blade.what is there maybe 100 built.compared to how many thousand cats.Almost as bad as a 375

  • There are over 2,500 D11Nn,Rs and Ts out working in the field right now. There has to be less then 100 of these Komatsu D575As in comparison

  • JUNK!!!!!

  • my dad ownes one of those

  • where is action

  • no correct!

  • yeah well cat looks better komatsu looks gay, enough said

  • that thing's a piece of sh*t.

  • Cable Dozers. Not everyone remembers them but they were the commercial before hydraulic dozers entered the work site. Now that Komatsu is on site....Isn't it time to upgrade? What's on your site?

  • D-11's are big. Big cost to buy. Big cost to maintain. Big cost to run. Most old guys can't run em right. Komatsu is more productive because new guys learn to run them quicker. They learn quicker and move more material before the machine needs to be replaced or overhauled. New age boys. Everyone needs to come to terms with new age.

  • The 575's are big, and take three times the load with every push, over a D11. If you're on a short push, a 575 would bury a D11...but on a long push, a D11 would eat him alive. The 575 is too slow, and the D11 would push 3 times to his 1. I still laugh at the short pushes...I watced 2 D10's...one on either side of a 575 one night, and the D10's couldn't even keep up with the super dozer's winrows...lol

  • "A bigger machine was built by Italian firm ACCO, with twin CAT engines giving a combined power of 1300 hp, and weighing 183 tons"

    Wikipedia - Any questions?

  • Yes you are correct..

  • Komatsu D575 IS the biggest and most powerful. Yes, that means it'll easily outpush anything else - even Caterpillars so STOP saying caterpillars are better for fuck's sake !! D10 is smaller and has just over only half the horsepower - look it up on the internet, the facility you use to look at Youtubes, or is that too much for your brain cell?

  • You should probably know that horsepower alone does not mean anything. Overall it has to do with final drive ratios and type of transmision. Anyone who just thinks more horsepower means more push really does not understand anything when it comes to dozers, You think Cat sucks is that why they out sell anything elso 3 to 1 i think not, when you learn something usefull get back to me BOY!!!!

  • bigjonpiss - Yes I know horsepower isn't everything, but that much extra is! There was a test on a Discovery program and the Komatsu won easily. I was hoping the Cat would but FUCK, the Komatsu is mega huge in comparison. Just one more thing, I'm older than you and you are 31 so please don't refer to me as BOY. Especially as there's nothing to learn. Cats outsell because they are cheaper and not everyone needs a bigger, more powerful, more useful, faster, quicker Komatsu... Have a nice day..

  • the tracks wouldnt want to come of on that yoke

  • but im serious that a D10 can out push it

  • a cat D10 will still out push that piece of shit.

  • a d 10 is a lot bigger to

  • Oh no its not

  • yeah i know after i said that i realized its not i don't think that there is any dozer bigger is there???

  • the komatsu D575A-3SD is the biggest it has like 1200 hp and a 90 cubic yard blade

  • ha this is bigger than a d 11. ive seen em both parked side by side.

  • crapatsu 575 in action

  • flat track dozers suck they ride like crap. Just love ripping with them I know on cats the seat turns sideways so u can see what your ripping d-11 might not be as big as a krapshitzu but caterpillar doesnt have tiny penis's so they dont have to make up for it by building giant worthless dozers.

  • Spoken like a true unqualified for anything else operator

  • So pop those ass pimples. Pain is just weakness leaving the body one operator ass pimple at a time! Who covered those seats in vinyl? My ass looks like it got blasted with buckshot. I asked every laborer to take a look. Take a snapshot and get back on that shovel ya lightweight greencard MF. F-It

  • Just for the record. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

  • Here it is. Operators rule. We own the sandbox!

  • How about a perfect day! Those crisp fall days when you can't close the truck windows all the way. A day so crisp and clean that a wisp of blue smoke comes from the exhaust pipe even if it's new iron. You can't help but marvel at the huge chunk of iron that beckons. You are the guy. That little turbo whistle just calls you. A full tank of fuel and the zircs have been hit with the 3 or 5 shots.

This ain't work when you love what you do. And I get paid to run this IRON?! Love it.

  • Can't sleep. Hey guys what the heck are you runnin? Who's running what? What the heck are you guys doin? And where are all the women who clock time running these machines? Let's hear it! Who's got the boss from hell? Who's the tough guy that pissed his seat to keep up production? Dumb ass. Who's got the newest rig? Who loves Hyundai! Ignore the lil peeps and let's talk IRON. I get a big rash from vinyl seats. Let's talk IRON.

  • Once again I promise to shut up before I go to sleep. If an operator is working for a good company that doesn't have a drug addict or toy boy as a boss you will see some bright shiny equipment that rolls in on a low boy. It makes our job a little easier. New seats and better comforts is a plus. You guys ever peel the plastic off a new piece of equipment? It has that New Equipment Smell too! We're operators not owners. Good owners take care of good operators.

  • A dedicated operator will work to his full potential wherever he/she is. They will become one with the machine and work in a seamless pattern until that shift is done. They will settle into a Komatsu if they are lucky and will work hard at their craft if they have the guts. Guts enough to work themselves and their machine to full performance. I'm that kind of operator. I'm not looking for a free ride just cause my ass sits in a seat. That machine works as hard as I want it to.

  • "Break your back at work and you go home with a busted back" Well now I beg to differ on this lame thinking. Most operators like to work to their full potential. Talented guys with good hand eye coordination will push themselves and their machine to the limit. That's why I love Komatsu equipment. It takes a while before I'm waiting on the machine to respond to the sticks. I'm waiting on that CAT within 30 minutes in the seat. Waiting = wasted time.

  • Sorry for the brain fart on the ergonomics guys. A comfy operator is MORE productive. My little WA 380 (Komatsu for you guys that are Komatsu lacking 8) ) has AC and a sweet KAB 555 air ride seat. Now that is sweet stuff for a 12 hour shift in 90 degree heat. Ya know what I hate about the comfy cab....The glares from the laborers who are sweatin it out. A youngster might flip the switch on the AC and open the doors but flipping them the bird is easier. Stay cool!

  • Youre probably one of those idiots that cant back up your talk so SHUT THE FUCK UP ALREADY

  • oh yeah and my dad can beat your dad,(childish twits)

  • KILLDOZER - 2 (Marvin Heemeyer Returns! =)

  • CAT=Catch Up. CAT played this game with the excavators. Anyone remenber the "E" series? How about the term "Reverse Engineering". CAT can't keep up with the changes so stick with the rigs that work.....235,245,D8 and those awesome haul trucks like the 400 just to name a few. I don't need a 6 way adjustable seat and ergonomic controls to earn a paycheck. My boss is happy when I produce so all this fancy crap is just for the white shirts.

  • I have to disagree. Productivity and ergonomics go hand in hand. Just because you think you work better without it doesn't mean everyone else does. It's allowed you to sit longer, be more comfortable and whatnot. I would like to see you use an older dozer for a week versus one designed with ergonomics. You become more productive.

  • Jepp, i agree.

Ergonomic chairs, controls and environment make you more productive. You sit there in A/C comfort, listening to Strauss or Beethoven and you feel relaxed and calm. It makes you want to work more. And you go home happy and feeling fine.

Happy employees make more money. It's actually a 2 way street.

  • Ok old timer.. go back to running that pan.

  • how will you earn a paycheck when your back is fucked?

bosses love people like you because you kill yourself to make them more money.

  • typical komatsu the a/c doesnt work!

  • KomCrapsu sucks ass! The only reason why that 575 can push more is because its got a wider blade. Put 475 up against a D11R Carry Dozer and that CD will run circles around the 475. (I heard CAT had a D12 on the drawing board, but, that was 6 years ago)

  • anything cat can do there is no question that komatsu can do bigger and better.how long now has the d575a been the biggest most powerfull dozer in the world....cat are just tryin to keep up but will they...what will komatsu produce next if what they already have is the biggest ...>>>>

  • yah yah yah bullshit CAT 4 EVER

  • cat forever but cat still not the biggest not the most powerfull not built by ppl who live to work...

  • Komatsu will outpush a cat anyday the only thing cat has the advatage on is its walking comfort i have seen these machines up close working out in the mines and the cats are always down and push less than komatsus

  • Been on both big Komatsus and Cat D11/D10's (not a 575 but) would agree that the 575 would push more, but, the D11R and T's are much nicer to operate and work on. Yes they do move faster, and in my experience are more reliable than komatsu. Horses for courses, but I'd go a D11R.

  • are the windows open because the AC is buggered? Nothing ever work on a crap-su dozer.

  • hahahahaha youre right im sure that cab smells like an italian sub .

  • komatsu is the king!!!!

  • Piece of Crap, Caterpillar dozers are way way better.

  • look up killdozer and then tell me thats a piece of crap

  • all komatsu mining dozers are made in osaka, japan. mining trucks are made here, though

  • A lot of Komatsu equipment is made in the USA. Anyone have numbers on how much is made here and on what scale? Tanx.

  • true, us industrial output of machines like this is up 20%. caterpillar also has some nice equipment.

    //europe

  • The Cat is a mechanics dream because someone thought about filter changes. The rest of the big stuff is cut and dried. But the Komatsu will outpush a Cat anyday. Cat guys are busy at the controls which means more track wear. Up and down on the sticks means more wiper wear on the hydraulic pistons. Cat dozers have more down time. Which, when you add it up, Komatsu moves more dirt. Hey I'm talkin numbers and not just about my purty Cat Hat and mud flaps.

  • Have to agree with Jeff, 575 great for bulk push would out do D11 period. Rough going on back when your rippin serious rock for 12 hours though, but for bulk pushing you can't compete, stil prefer a cat though.

  • I have to agree with jeff! An 11 wouldnt be able to push beside a 575! And an 11 twice is fast you must be drunk, an 11 would have to go 3 times as fast to be able to out push a 575!

  • That cab must smell like an Italian sub!...lol

And just a question? What is that operator doing? Is that busy work or is he stoking up a pile for an excavator and end dump load out?

  • jeez, that thing's a monster!

  • Guess they dont make any money at that pit.

Otherwise, the doors would be shut and the AC would work.

  • the cat d11rcd is batter

  • a cat lol lol please cat have nothing big enough to come near this masterpiece

  • yeah rite put the d11r cd is a faster dozer an you can get more work done. the komatsu is a slow machine

  • is the d11r a new machine

  • i think they are the same age put the d11r was the fist big dozer

  • i dunno tho,the cat is no rocket when its pushing nor is the komatsu but one has twice the power the twice the blade width.

  • You would not believe the amount of material moving in front of a 575 when it's pushing. If a D11, and 575 are pushing side beside, the D11 would no be able to push the 575's winrow, much less his amount of material...I work with both machines, and see it e very night.
