its windows 8. not vista. its an upgrade. however it looks shitty, unless they fix the taskbar program icons. those icons as seen in the video is taking way too much space, unlike the Win7. By far, i'd still recommend Wins7 not only cause it looks nicer, but it safe loads of space. you can place your programs on the taskbar instead of leaving them on the desktop to screw up your wallpaper.
