Second, I have a question, I'm currently water fasting using distilled water but I'm adding H2O2 drops to my water to purge parasites, toxins, worms, viruses, candida, bacteria, etc.... is that still considered fasting by the body???? and my thrid question to him is: what is the best way to break a 40 day water fast? how do you replenish all the good bacteria and intestinal flora quickly??? Thanks!
I disagree with him on the part about the colons, I read SO MUCH about waterfasting, and I've done more than 2 water fasts 21= days, they always say enemas are absoloutly essential, and a lot of toxins get dumped into your colons while you fast.
This video got me thinking: 1. Can a person do the water fast on there own in there own home and for how long before needing intervention (i.e. food or medical attention)?2. What would be a recommended lenght of time for a self administered water fast? 3.Can one start out doing the water fast with some juicing (i.e. detox juice--celery and cucumber) than transition onto a full water fast?
Have to look atthe other videos related to this one. Thanks Renegade Health
hrmmm it sounds like i should research water fasting more. it might help my inflammation.. i think I'd be more worried about if i can pull off fasting then I'm worried about the side-effects
Really awesome and informational interview. I'm just about to start my firt water fast and these interviews have helped my understand of what my body is about to do!
primates in the wild, such as chimpanzees eat meat, and its because they are omnivores just like us... Dogs are omnivores, and they need raw meat to be healthy.
Animal products just happen to be a very healthy food as long as you use the correct amount that is needed by your specific body. Maybe some people don't need animal products at all but I wasn't feeling good at all when I was a vegan for 3 years...
@todayisthedaytolive bonobos, gorillas, orangutans do not hunt, but are likely to ingest traces of bugs and their grubs in fruit and pods, traces of soil etc. Similar story for monkeys - very few species actively seek "meat" on a routine basis. If you are going to eat meat you should stick to the wholefoods principle and not just eat the muscle but organs, skin and viscera and eat it RAW - good luck with that, I'm taking B12 instead lol
I use to take b12, dha, and vitamin d when I was a vegan, but I found out that the biggest thing I was deficient in was amino acids. A lot of vegans believe you don't need that much protein, but from my experience that is wrong. Some people can get by on a little amount of protein, but that doesn't mean that its ideal, in fact I believe that it slows down the regenerative process. For vegans I recommend taking a lot of chlorella and/or bee pollen for a high concentration of amino acids.
@imnotabear bonobos have been proven to hunt and to eat mangabey, colobus and other monkeys. in the wild, baboons and gorillas do not hunt but are opportunistic and will eat whole dead animals including other primates. in the zoo, they have eaten meat as well. jane goodall has shown that chimps have been hunting, sharing, and eating meats over 40 years ago. chimps also hunt and eat each other making them cannibals. Truth is all primates are omnivores whether they eat meats or just insects.

All sounds good.

did the speaker say 4 days fasting or 40 days fasting? faster will die if 40 days...
mrzack888 1 year ago
@mrzack888 untrue, you can go longer than 40 days. Body uses fat for energy and vitamins, and metabolism slows

@imnotabear I only eat raw fish and once in a while raw grass fed beef. I agree that eating the whole animal would be better.

I like to eat raw fish. Only warm it to body temperature.
When I eat an egg, I bake the egg white and save the egg yolk to use raw as a sauce over the white-only omelet.
