This is correct, I am inside takng your calls, VZ will not fix your lines, they make us lie to you....they want you on FIOS, they will not spend another dime on copper.
to whomever uploaded this video I am a tech and if you have a recurring problem it is because the company does not want to spend any money in the cables that come to your house so the techs are forced to get you back into service by switching onto another pair that might be just as bad
