As far as I know, there's no manga or anime for this. This is drama cd series from IM. I've never heard that there's a cell phone game though and it's totally different from Heart no kuni no alice.

I've seen a vid for Heart no kuni no alice: wonderful wonder land and it is DIFFERENT from ARE YOU ALICE? because the former's Qeen of HEART is a girl with long curly hair and the latter (ARE YOU ALICE?)'s Queen of HEART is a GUY. ARE YOU ALICE? contains many guys in it, specifically, ALICE in ARE YOU ALICE? is a GUY.
