Firth is playing a man who is into men and women and Benedict is playing the role as a gay man (its not in the book). I hope you see them hook up in the film.

I have to say that I am somewhat nervous about this film as I am a massive fan of the books and the Television series with the great and the good Alec Guiness. Having said that, the cast looks very impressive and if it is done properly, it could be fantastic. Let us wait and watch and hope!

I've watched the miniseries with Alec Guinness many times, and this trailer reminds me of the miniseries. Although Benedict's blond hair is a bit of a jolt (the rest of the cast appears to fit the characterization of the nondescript agent), I hope that the movie lives up to the trailer. There' s a lot of really good talent in the cast!

I like this trailer, too, guys, but I also do not understand why you feel the need to bash "War Horse" in the same sentence. These are different types of movies, made by different types of filmmakers, about different types of things. Both teasers are good in their own way, and both are probably not representative of the movie as a whole.

The director's done a fantastic job but then I loved the original Let the Right One in so was expecting this to be good. What a cast and great to see Benny amongst them. That music is so evocative.
