One of the shortest GREATEST love stories in soap history...I hate they killed him off only to keep him on for two years as a reincarnation...it was NOT the same...FLOVE MarcAl...my first favorite soap couple ever

When Al died of liver failure, his spirit took over the body of Michael McBain. Luna gave Al the choice of continuing his life, or he could help Marcie find love again with Michael, but he would lose all memory of being Al. He chose to give Marcie happiness.

Yep.. Marcal were the best!! I thought they had such a realism to them that u don't find too often in soaps filled with thin women and studly men. They were soo sweet together. TPTB screwed up AGAIN with killing off Al like putting Eva in a coma.. Go figure.. they have something extraordinary and they eff it up.. whatever..

I know! Finally a socially relevant and realistic story and they messed it up and turned it into some nonsense about angels and craziness! I'm still mad. :( Grr.

I love what the producers of the show did with tthe marcie character. Because it makes the storyline more believeable

Somehow I missed this part in Marcie and Al's relationship and I'm so glad you posted it so I could finally see it. I always loved their relationship because it was real, with people and feelings you could identify with, I mean who of us couldn't identify with what Marcie was feeling? Shame on OLTL for taking it away.
