Just now, I tried to get the Perfect Castle achievement. I didn't know you had to be EXACTLY in the outline; I had some outside of the outline. I figured it meant there would just be no holes in the castle.

Oh, yeah. With Camstudio the audio goes out of sync, so I use VirtualDub to re-sync the video.
