I totally agree w/ Jason here. Bradley's bad subs are why we lost the game. Brazil subs won their games, including against S. Africa. Kleisjten is having a HORRIBLE year. Why is he even there?? Casey doesn't have the impact you need on the international level. We missed M. Bradley in that game. But mainly we need 2 subs who can come on and shake things up. Freddie Adu....where are you?? Man I wish he would come thru for us...

at the end of that game Clint looked like he was not in the game Jozy looked fresher, but I agree Shep is just a fan not an analyst...saying its a better result to lose is better than winning...yeah right

This episode is a perfect example of why I don't like Shep Messing as an analyst.

He says you can't question Bradley's subbing, and I say why not?

Just because he's a professional coach doesn't mean he can't make mistakes and you have to call him out when he does.

Jason is awesome though.

you hit it right on the head. Today is the first time I have ever questioned Shep. Bradley put in Klejstan and Casey who are both not good at the National team level right now. both Casey and Klejstan lack the work effort and mentality to be on the NT right now, they both just suck

Depth is the reason the U.S. lost to Brazil. Bob didn't have the options later in the game that could play at the level needed and then the starters tired. Conor Casey got his call like many MLS fans (I don't know why, I said this guy didn't have what it took) called for, and he didn't perform and was way over-matched he is not an answer for the U.S. his fifteen minutes are over. I think the Gold Cup has the potential to show us some depth.

I agree with you, but to say that you think the Gold Cup has the potential to show some depth is reasonable only because we're not facing former World Cup winning teams like Italy or Brazil. You should take a look at who we're facing at the Gold Cup.
